The Duty Managers (DMs) at Leith FM run the station. The DM is responsible for the health & safety of everyone in the studios and the security of all the equipment plus our legal responsibilities and other regulated obligations. The DM meets visitors, welcomes guests, takes phone calls and  supports the live presentation team. The DM also monitors that the studio technical equipment is operating as scheduled.

We intially train most new volunteers in DM responsibilities.
