Kim and Jessica of the Leith FM News Team visited Kingdom FM in Fife on Sunday the 22nd of June.

They met with Laura Haldane of the Kingdom FM News Team.

Gude Cause - 2009 Suffragettes March

“Gude Cause” are looking for people interested in helping to organise the 100 year anniversary of the Suffragette March through Princes St.

They also need people to organise events around the time of the march, do floats, banners and wear period costumes on the day.

Finally, if you are a relative or know any relatives of original Edinburgh or Glasgow Suffragettes they would love to hear fronm you.

He will be joined by John Sim, who’s claim to fame is that he walked sixty miles from Wigan to Kendal through the night. Anyone thinking he was doing it for charity is sadly mistaken. He was trying to thumb a lift back to Scotland.
